Cacentra's journey in the world of baking began at a young age, as she spent cherished moments in the kitchen baking
with her grandfather. As her skills and knowledge blossomed, she took the leap to establish her own business, My Cake Cravings by Cacentra. Additionally, she dedicated 12 years of her career to Publix Bakery, where she excelled as a Research and Development Technician, creating innovative recipes for the company. In 2020, she further showcased her talents as the esteemed baker for The Licking Orlando and The Licking Florida Mall, delighting countless customers with her delectable creations.
